Great post Kelly! I totally LOVE models because I am such a visual... AND - I use them in my business all the time! Thanks for creating such a simple way to look at how the different parts of my business work together!

This is so dead on! It is so easy to just write off a VA after one issue or mistake but the better thing to do is to figure out where the disconnect is occuring. With a strong VA, most of the time it isn't intentional or even a skill issue, it is often a sign that you don't have the right procedures in place to ensure accuracy.

Great question Kelly and the answer from my view is NO!
The is no perfect VA and if there is one, they will be
probably be too expensive for you to afford!

In order to make sure that you get your desired results
from a Virtual Assistant especially when it comes to recurring
business activities which you currently handle yourself,
you will need to follow a 3-Step Framework;

1) Eliminate all unnecessary time wasters from your day
2) Systematize only what necessary for your business to function
3) Properly delegate business activities in step 2 to a reliable VA.

The goal of implementing the 3-Steps Framework above is for you to
free up more time each day to only focus on the most important
aspects of your business (<<<--- the income generating ones),
thereby you work less and make more.

Cheers!
